When I first saw Aleks, I was experiencing pain in my hips and one of my legs, which was discouraging me from exercising. After a few sessions, my hips and knees – and legs in general – felt much better, which made exercise more enjoyable. Aleks gave me helpful advice, including showing me stretches I could do on my own, and was very encouraging. I highly recommend seeing him!

My Name is Trina Mandola. I would like to share my journey with you about working with Sara. My journey with Sara began in August of 2013. I call it a “journey” because it was and still is a wonderful process. I am the kind of person who believes in signs and when I met Sara I was struggling with my health and my weight. I started noticing a pain in my left hand which left like arthritis. I also was at my all -time high in my weight. I knew I needed to make some serious changes in my lifestyle.

Dear Sara,
I want to thank you for helping me improve my diet/lifestyle and, more specifically, get over my fear of…(cue scary music)…CARBZ! I’m averaging about 150 grams daily now from a variety of whole food sources (including rice!), which is nearly double my previous intake. The results have been fantastic. Most notably, my energy and stamina have increased substantially, as have my general mood and libido. I’ve experienced gains in my endurance, strength and power training. And my cravings and “bad food” binges have all but disappeared. Yay!

Lots of other cool things are happening in my life, but I’ll save that for another time. This message is about thanking you for your tough love, wisdom and support, and sharing the positive impact you’ve had on my life.
