Before we get our panties in a bunch, don’t go blasting me over trying to make a “mock bread”. It is simply for the consistency and convenience in other recipes (sandwiches, french toast etc). If your uber Paleolithic, then move on. If not, this is a very simple bread recipe and something I like to make for traveling purposes. It’s dense, and filling, so it makes a great travel snack and is much better for you than processed protein bars. It’s also very protein rich so it makes a good pre or post workout filler.
